Mohles Kalule SegululigambaDirector Marketing and Public Relations
Mohles Kalule Segululigamba has experience in advocacy, communication and acquisition of markets. He has expertise in the measurement and evaluation of communication for several programmes and projects working with Civil Society on causes ranging from education, water, sanitation and hygiene, good governance, media rights, land rights, women’s rights, refuge rights and economic rights. In 2006, he was a fellow of the Crossing Borders writing development programme by the British Council and Lancaster University which were a series of training workshops on creative writing.
The directorate is responsible for marketing, public relations and international relations. It operates under two departments, namely department of marketing and department of public and international relations.
